What You'll Do
Social & Digital Design
• Design on-brand graphics for social media across multiple client accounts — static posts, carousels, story/reel covers, and ad creative — sized correctly for each platform.
• Build web and on-page visual assets: hero images, banners, icons, blog featured images, and simple landing-page visuals, to provided specs.
• Resize and adapt approved designs into the full set of required platform dimensions without losing quality.
Print & Sales Collateral
• Design and prepare print-ready sales collateral: brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, one-pagers, and pitch / leave-behind materials.
• Set files up correctly for print — proper bleed, safe margins, CMYK color, resolution — and to each printer's or vendor's specifications.
• Deliver packaged, press-ready files (print-ready PDFs and organized source files) a vendor can run without back-and-forth.
Sister-Brand & Large-Format Design
• Produce design artwork for a Strativera sister brand that creates custom event displays and branded merchandise: trade-show booth graphics, banners, tents and canopies, backdrops and step-and-repeats, table covers, and promotional product artwork.
• Build high-resolution, vector-based, large-format artwork to display and printer templates and specs.
• Prepare clean client proofs and mockups for review and approval.
Brand Consistency & Asset Management
• Execute every design within established brand guidelines — colors, fonts, logos, and style stay consistent for Strativera, each client, and the sister brand.
• Keep source files, exports, and brand assets organized, versioned, and easy to hand off.
• Document repeatable design workflows and templates as lightweight checklists / SOPs as recurring tasks become standardized.
Required Skills & Experience:
• A portfolio is required to apply. Include a link showing both digital and print work. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
• Fluent in Canva.
• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven print production experience: building true print-ready files with correct bleed, CMYK color, and resolution, set up to a printer's specifications.
• Large-format / event-display or signage design experience (booths, banners, backdrops, step-and-repeats, etc.).
• Adobe InDesign experience for multi-page collateral (preferred).
• Strong written English communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple client brands at once without mixing up assets, guidelines, or instructions.
• Experience working across multiple client accounts is a plus.
Tools You Should Know/ Nice to have:
• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Print-ready file prep (bleed, CMYK, press-ready PDFs)
• Adobe InDesign (multi-page collateral)
• Large-format / signage templates
• Figma (web / UI handoff)
• AI image tools (e.g. Midjourney, Ideogram)
• Photo retouching
Ideal Candidate Traits
• Careful, detail-obsessed, and process-oriented — you know a wrong bleed or color setup means a wasted print run.
• Strong design eye, but happy to work within brand guidelines rather than impose your own style.
• Fast and reliable across a high volume of small-to-medium jobs.
• Asks smart clarifying questions and does not guess when a brief is unclear.
• Flags issues early — low-resolution assets, off-brand requests, print-spec problems.
• Organized enough to juggle multiple brands and never cross client assets.
Hours & Working Style
• Part-time to start, with a long-term role for the right person.
• Consistent weekday availability preferred.
• Some overlap with U.S. Eastern time preferred.
• Clear, responsive communication matters.
How to Apply
• Start your application with the word BUILD so we know you read the full post.
• Include a link to your portfolio — make sure it shows both digital and print work.
Then answer these two questions in your application:
1. Are you comfortable in a role where brand strategy and creative direction stay with the founder, and your focus is high-quality execution within set guidelines?
2. Have you built true print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, to a printer's specs)? Briefly describe one print or large-format project you delivered and the tools you used.
