The Role

This isn't a brand design role where you spend hours perfecting a single visual. This is direct response advertising. Speed matters. Volume matters. Conversion matters most.

You'll produce at least 70 static ad images per week. That's not a typo. Our creative testing machine requires high volume to find winners, and you'll be the engine that powers it.

You'll work from briefs, templates, and proven frameworks. You'll iterate fast, create variations, and understand that the ad that converts beats the ad that looks good.

What You'll Do

- Produce 70+ static ad images per week across multiple brands
- Create direct response ads designed to stop the scroll and drive clicks
- Work from creative briefs and iterate quickly on winning concepts
- Build variations of proven ads with different hooks, colors, layouts, and CTAs
- Follow templates and brand guidelines while maintaining output speed
- Apply direct response principles — headlines, benefit-driven copy, urgency, social proof
- Collaborate with creative strategists on new concepts and angles
- Organize and manage design assets efficiently
- Meet daily and weekly output targets consistently

What We're Looking For

- Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
- Experience creating static ads for paid social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Understanding of direct response design principles — not just making things look nice
- Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality
- Fast turnaround — iterations in minutes, not hours
- Eye for what makes ads convert: strong headlines, clear CTAs, scroll-stopping visuals
- Organized — able to manage multiple brands and assets without losing track
- Reliable — you hit your targets every single day
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
- Open to feedback and quick to implement changes

Bonus Points:

- Experience designing for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Portfolio showing direct response static ads, not just brand work
- Understanding of ad metrics and what good performance looks like
- Experience with UGC-style or native-feeling ad creatives
- Familiarity with AI design tools for faster iteration

Compensation

- Monthly salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month
- Ad Bounty Program: Earn 1-3% commission on ad spend for high-performing creatives at ROAS 2.1+
