Graphic Designer

I am seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join my team on a project-based basis. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, at least 2 years of professional design experience, and is open to working in a start-up like team, growing company. This role requires someone who can deliver high-quality designs with quick turnaround times while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with owner and team to conceptualize and execute design projects across various mediums, including digital ads, social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and production materials.
- Deliver high-quality designs on time, adhering to brand guidelines and client specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, aligned with the client’s vision, and optimized for the intended platform or medium.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Illustrations, logos, icons creations

Qualifications:
- Approx. 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects,
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and strong time management
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and provide creative input.
- Familiarity with design for digital and print mediums is essential.
