Smartland is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer, with potential for a full-time role, who excels in creativity and branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding and the ability to work within established guidelines, designing impactful visuals for websites, physical signs, flyers, presentations, and other projects.


Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality visuals for real estate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media content.
Develop and implement creative branding solutions that align with company objectives and client needs.
Adapt to various genres and styles to create versatile designs for diverse projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive branding and consistent messaging across all materials.
Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results with dedication and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple genres and industries.
Expertise in branding, with the ability to create and refine visual identities.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
Exceptional creativity and versatility to adapt designs to different genres and styles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle part-time workload effectively.
