Graphic Design, Must Have Experience & A Portfolio

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Graphic Designer with a flair for minimalist, bohemian designs. This role demands creativity, efficiency, and precision. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating high-quality designs in vector formats, ensuring scalability and versatility.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate approximately 50 quality designs per week, encompassing minimalist, boho, and font-based styles.
Skillfully recreate and reinterpret existing designs, infusing them with a unique and fresh perspective.
Analyze trends and data to produce designs that connect with our audience.
Ensure all designs are in vector format for scalability and adaptability.
Qualifications:

Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing a variety of designs, especially in vector format.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
Excellent ability to interpret and innovate upon existing design concepts.
Strong understanding of design aesthetics and user-centered approach.
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Competency Test:
As part of the application process, candidates will be required to complete a competency test. This test involves:

Recreating a provided design in Adobe Illustrator or Canva, focusing on a minimalist and bohemian style.
The design must be submitted in a vector format to demonstrate scalability and editing capabilities.
Details of the test will be provided to candidates who meet our initial screening criteria.
