Google and Social Media Sponsored Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook Ads, YouTube, Instagram, Google Ads, and Email campaigns).
- Craft compelling marketing copy to promote products/services.
- Implement strategic content creation and innovative posting.
- A/B Testing: Evaluating the campaigns and finding which angles convert the most leads
- Cold Email B2B Copywriting: Writing new angles and scripts to use in the campaigns
- Develop graphics and capture photography for social media posts and stories.
- Design advertisements to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify customer needs and recommend new content topics.
- Maintain consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone across all platforms.
- Adapt to an expanding scope of work with successful project deliveries

Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with clear communication to the team.
- Proven experience as a Cold Email Marketer or Specialist
- Track record of creating successful cold email campaigns
- Proficient in Canva.
- Showcase a portfolio of successful content creation and social media management.
- Demonstrate expertise in target audience segmentation for personalized campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Social media savvy with an understanding of trends and algorithms.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Clear communication of creative direction to the team and digital audience.
- Leadership in guiding the creative team and brainstorming new ideas.
- Experience with cold email sending platforms, like: Instantly, SmartLead, Mailshake, Snovio, etc
- Proficient in photography, video, and editing.
- Ability to be independent, solve problems on their own, and find ways to make improvements even when campaigns are already doing well
