JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there, my name is Tyler and I’m a busy entrepreneur running multiple businesses. I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive virtual assistant who can help me bring structure and clarity to my Google Drive, email inboxes, and calendar.
Right now, I have multiple Google Drives, multiple inboxes, and a lot of moving pieces. I need someone who can step in, simplify everything, and build clean, easy-to-follow systems that actually work long term. This is not just about organizing once. I’m looking for someone who can help maintain and improve these systems over time.
A big part of this role is understanding how to work with someone who has a fast-moving, idea-heavy mindset. If you’ve ever worked with someone who is highly unorganized or a bit scatter-brained, that’s a big plus. I need someone who can take chaos and turn it into simple, repeatable structure without overcomplicating things.
Here’s what I’m looking for help with:

Organizing multiple Google Drives into clear folder structures
Cleaning up and managing multiple email inboxes (labels, filters, prioritization)
Helping set up and maintain a simple, effective calendar system
Creating systems that are easy for me to follow and stick to
Ongoing maintenance and improvements as things evolve
Communication is very important to me. I want someone who is not afraid to ask questions, give suggestions, and check in throughout the week to make sure we’re staying aligned and making progress.
