We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of admin assistant experience
-Marketing experience required
-Proficiency in Asana and Canva (experience with Asana and Canva required).
-Proficiency in Outlook
-Must be knowledgeable about creating marketing assets such as creating graphics, e-mail writing, blog post creation, etc.
-Familiarity with Keap, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn is a strong advantage.
-Highly organized and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to handle context switching effectively.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Primary Tasks:
-Asana Management: Keeping Asana up-to-date and prioritized.
-Calendar Management: Scheduling and managing meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
-Document Preparation: Creating, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
-Project Assistance: Assisting with project tracking and coordination, ensuring that tasks and deliverables are on schedule.
-CRM Management: Updating and maintaining client information in the CRM system.
-Digital File Management: Organizing and maintaining digital files.
-Social Media Assistance: Coordinating newsletters.
Handling LinkedIn content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
-Future: Assisting with coordination and collaboration with a digital marketing firm (focus on SEO).
-Research: Conducting research on various topics, gathering data, and compiling it into actionable insights.
-Task Follow-Up: Monitoring and following up on tasks to ensure completion.
Availability:
-20 hours per week, ideally distributed via 5 shifts of 4 hours each.
-Work Hours: 10 AM to 2 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday
Other Characteristics:
-Ability to adapt to multiple projects and prioritize client requests.
-Proficient in working in fast-paced environments.
-Experience in startups is a plus.
