JOB OVERVIEW

I run a growing healthcare company and I've just taken our Google Ads and Meta
advertising fully in-house. I'm an advanced beginner and I'm looking for an
experienced right-hand strategist to grow with — someone I can bounce ideas
off, who explains the why, and helps me level up to intermediate-advanced over
time.

This is a thinking role, not a button-pushing role. I need someone who
genuinely understands the platforms, not just the dashboards.

What you'll do:
- Strategize with me 2-3x/week early on, tapering to weekly as I get stronger
- Build and manage Google + Meta campaigns, structure accounts, and
pull/interpret reports
- Help build strong end-to-end marketing funnels alongside my high-level
funnel specialist
- Guide conversion tracking setup and optimization

You must know:
- Google Ads deeply — including how the Andromeda system / AI-driven serving
works today (not 2020 tactics)
- How to build and troubleshoot conversion tracking
- Meta/Facebook ads, including Special Ad Categories and sensitive-word/policy
limits

Big pluses:
- Healthcare advertising experience and an understanding of its restrictions
- Strong eye for creative
- YouTube / video ad experience
- Funnel-building experience

Requirements:
- 4-5+ years actively running Google & Meta ads
- Able to explain your thinking, not just execute
- Reliable, communicative, passionate about scaling businesses
