PAY: $5 USD per hour, paid every Sunday via Wise or PayPal.
Work week is Monday–Saturday.
Typical hours: 30–45 per week depending on volume (each project ~30 minutes).

WHAT WE DO

Apex Initiative is a coaching company helping students build TikTok Shop affiliate businesses in the UK and US. We produce all our content using Google Flow (Google's AI video tool), and we're building a small, stable team of long-term VAs to handle daily generation work for our coaching clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY

You'll work directly inside the student's Google Flow account (they share the login with you) using Nano Banana Pro for image generation and Flow's animation for video.

The student (or our team lead) sends you a set of "projects" daily. One project = approximately 25–30 base product images pulled from KaloData (the TikTok Shop product research tool). Most students send 2–4 projects per day, depending on how many TikTok accounts they're running.

For each project, you will:

1. Log into the student's Google Flow account
2. For each base image in the project: use Nano Banana Pro to generate an AI creative image following our standard image prompt
3. Animate that creative image into a short video using our standard video prompt
4. Save the finished video to a Google Drive folder named "Project 1," "Project 2," etc. (numbering resets every day)
5. Repeat for all 25–30 base images in the project

A skilled VA completes one project in about 30 minutes.

At end of day, you hand off the day's Drive folders to the assigned Posting VA, who pulls from your folders and handles the actual TikTok posting. You'll coordinate directly with the Posting VA via ---------- or Line so the handoff is clean. The student tells the Posting VA which project goes to which account — you just need to make sure the project folders are labeled correctly and uploaded on time.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Excellent written English
- Reliable high-speed internet (Google Flow is browser-based, bandwidth matters)
- Modern computer or laptop with Chrome browser (smartphone is NOT enough for this role)
- 6 days/week availability
- Strong attention to detail — you'll need to judge whether each AI output is usable
- Comfortable following SOPs precisely (no improvising)
- Comfortable coordinating daily with another VA (the Posting VA who pulls from your Drive folders)

Bonus: prior experience with AI generation tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Google Flow, Sora, Nano Banana, etc.)

HOW TO APPLY

3-DAY PAID TRIAL

If we like your application, you move into a 3-day paid trial period:

- We walk you through our full Google Flow Generation SOP via Loom + a short 1:1 call so you know exactly what to do
- You're assigned to one of our students (you use their Google Flow account login)
- You generate the daily target of AI images + videos for 3 days, following the prompts exactly
- We monitor your output daily and give feedback in real time
- Pay during the trial: regular $5/hour rate for all hours worked — no unpaid testing
- Pass the trial = you continue with that student permanently
- If it's not the right fit, we release you with full pay for hours worked
