Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Google Analytics Expert to manage and optimize our web analytics, ensuring that our marketing strategies are data-driven and highly effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Analytics, a deep understanding of e-commerce analytics, and the ability to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and maintain Google Analytics accounts and tracking codes across our websites and marketing channels.
Analyze website traffic data, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making across the marketing and sales teams.
Conduct A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to improve website performance and user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on analytical findings.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by troubleshooting and resolving any tracking or reporting issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Analytics, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Google Analytics Expert, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of web analytics, user behavior analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other related tools.
Experience with A/B testing, data visualization, and report creation.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
