Google Ads and ServiceM8 Integration Expert

Have you had experience getting form enquiries within ServiceM8 (https://www.servicem8.com/au/) attributed as form submission conversion within Google Ads?

Workflow:
1. Someone clicks an ad in google to a website
2. They then click a booking link on a website (abc,com.au)
3. That links to the booking enquiry form on ServiceM8
4. The visitor then submits an enquiry.
5. We need that enquiry to be registered as a conversion in Google Ads.

We have set this up but it isn't working and need assistance. If you can solve this issue, there will be opportunities for future work.
