Google Ads Specialist

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives, budget, and target audience.

Oversee multiple Google Ads accounts, ensuring they are optimized for maximum performance and ROI.

Manage advertising budgets exceeding $2k per month, optimizing spending to achieve the best possible results within budget constraints.

Create compelling ad copy and visuals while continuously testing and optimizing ad performance for improved click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.

Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.

Interact with clients through emails or calls to provide updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign performance and industry trends.

Stay informed about Google Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies and techniques for clients.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Background industry in digital marketing and B2B.

At least 4 years of experience with Google Ads.

Experience working with or for marketing agencies.

A knack for quickly grasping new marketing strategies and technologies.

Proficiency with TrueClicks, Opteo, and GA4, and WordPress.

Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly in written form, capable of creating engaging and personalized ad content.

A positive attitude, a hardworking spirit, and the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
