Job Summary: US-based SEO and PPC Company

We're looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns that drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and eager to take ownership of paid search campaigns while continuously improving performance. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position based on performance and initiative.


Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Keyword Research & Strategy: Identify high-performing keywords, negative keywords, and competitive gaps.
• Ad Copy & Creative Development: Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and collaborate on creative assets.
• Landing Page Optimization: Work with designers/developers to improve landing pages for better conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Allocate and adjust budgets across campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, impression share, etc.)
• Google Analytics Tagging & Tracking: Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Conversion Tracking: Set up and optimize conversion tracking for lead and revenue attribution.
• A/B Testing: Continuously test ad variations, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine strategies.
• Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with other marketing teams and have a growth-oriented mindset

Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of strong results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads Online, Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and other

Conversion tracking tools.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent copywriting skills for ad creation.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of projects.
• Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
