Job description
TUFF Media is looking to expand our team by bringing on a Digital Strategist that will be a key player in scaling our clients search advertising.
You will work directly with the Senior Digital Strategist and clients to build out and optimise high-converting advertising campaigns across various social media and search platforms.
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, understands search engine advertising trends, has proven experience in e-commerce & lead gen, and has the ability to work autonomously.
Duties
Execute digital marketing campaigns to meet client objectives
Work as primary ads buyer for 10+ clients
Strategize digital campaigns and activations with an eye to delivering client value
Report on the success of our tailored solutions
Help create strategic slide decks and pitches for pitching digital projects for new clients
Monitor and track client KPIs including alerting others when problems exist
Translate client briefs into actionable digital campaigns
Keep up to date with current best practices across different advertising platforms
Drive to grow and improve your hard and soft skills
Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)
Previous experience at a digital or marketing agency, or similar role
Strong understanding of processes and implementation of SOPs
3+ years of creating/managing Google Search Ad Campaigns
High experience with Performance Max, Search, and DSA campaigns
Familiarity with
Experience with Google Analytics (UA and ideally G4), Google Merchant Center and Google Tag Manager Implementations
Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis at high speed
Excellent organizational skills, creativity and problem solving ability
Excellent customer service
Work experience with clients in multiple subject verticals
Experience working on agency teams with complex marketing campaigns
Knowledge of paid digital platforms like Google Ads,
Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity
Able to manage client relationships
