Google Ads Manager – Lead Generation

Full-Time | Performance Bonuses | Long-Term Role

Overview

We are hiring a Google Ads Manager to drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and pay-per-lead vendors across primarily legal clients, with additional work in other service-based industries.

This is a hands-on role focused on improving cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign performance. You will work closely with the CMO to scale campaigns that generate consistent, high-quality leads.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity (40 hours per week) with performance-based bonuses tied to results.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max)
* Support and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
* Manage pay-per-lead vendors and lead generation platforms
* Improve cost per lead and lead quality
* Conduct keyword research, targeting, and testing
* Scale campaigns that produce strong ROI

Lead Generation Optimization

* Improve landing page conversion rates
* Optimize lead funnels and campaign performance
* Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

Tracking & Performance

* Monitor key metrics including cost per lead, conversion rate, and ROI
* Ensure accurate conversion tracking
* Provide clear performance insights and recommendations

Strategy

* Identify opportunities to increase lead volume and efficiency
* Allocate budget toward highest-performing channels
* Continuously test and improve campaigns

Requirements

* 3+ years managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns focused on lead generation
* Strong experience improving cost per lead and conversion rates
* Data-driven and results-oriented
* Experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts
* Strong analytical and optimization skills

Preferred

* Experience with Meta Ads
* Experience with pay-per-lead vendors
* Experience with legal or service-based industries
* Experience with landing page optimization or CRO
* Familiarity with call tracking or CRM tools
