JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager to drive high-converting traffic and increase direct bookings for Utopia Gems Stays, a growing short-term rental business.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of creating and managing successful Google Ads campaigns in the travel, hospitality, or vacation rental industries. This role requires expertise in keyword research, campaign optimization, remarketing, and maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities

•Google Ads Campaign Creation & Management:
•Set up, manage, and optimize Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns for Upgrade to see actual info.


Keyword Research and Targeting:

•Identify high-intent, relevant keywords to target travelers looking for luxury short-term stays and corporate accommodations in Jamaica.



Ad Copywriting and Design Input:

•Craft compelling ad copy and provide input on visuals for Display Ads to maximize click-through rates.


A/B Testing:
•Continuously test and refine ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies.


Conversion Tracking and Analytics:

•Implement conversion tracking and analyze data to measure cost per booking, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall performance.


Retargeting Campaigns:

•Set up retargeting to re-engage visitors who didn’t complete a booking.
•Local and Global Audience Targeting:
•Run localized campaigns for Jamaican travelers while targeting international guests planning vacations.


Qualifications

•Proven success managing Google Ads campaigns for vacation rentals, hotels, or hospitality brands.
•Expertise in Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and Remarketing.
•Strong skills in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.

•Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
•Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
•Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to campaign strategy.


Key Goals

1.Increase organic bookings through paid traffic on Upgrade to see actual info.

2.Improve Google search and display visibility for relevant keywords.

3.Maximize ROI by optimizing cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-conversion (CPCV).

4.Reduce dependency on third-party platforms (Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info) by driving more direct bookings.
