Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and manage high-impact Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks, tailored to meet specific business objectives and target audiences.
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms, optimize targeting, and manage bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Ad Copywriting & Testing: Craft persuasive ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and appeals to the target audience, utilizing A/B testing to identify and implement top-performing variations.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Use Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track campaign performance, analyze key data insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage the Google Ads budget to ensure optimal ROI, adjusting spend as needed to achieve campaign goals.
- Google Traffic Growth: Drive targeted traffic through strategic Google Ads initiatives, continuously seeking opportunities to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager or in a similar role.
- Google Ads certification is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads policies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analysis tools.
