The Role:
We’re hiring a Google Ads operator—not a media buyer who needs babysitting. You’ll take ownership of lead gen campaigns from day one. Small budgets to start, but we’re scaling fast—and we need someone who’s hungry to grow with us.
This is not an entry-level gig. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and get results without constant oversight. You’ll have full autonomy to run campaigns that generate qualified leads and booked calls.

What You’ll Do:
Build, launch, and scale lead generation campaigns across Google Search & Display
Own the full process: research ? copy ? setup ? optimization ? reporting
Optimize for CPL, lead quality, and booked appointments
Troubleshoot issues fast—no hand-wringing, just fixes
Deliver clear, insightful performance updates (not screenshots with arrows)
You're a Fit If You...
Have 3+ years running Google Ads for service-based or high-ticket lead gen
Know your way around GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking like a second language
Thrive in fast-moving, low-guidance environments
Think strategically, act quickly, and care about results—not vanity metrics
Communicate like a pro: clear, proactive, and confident
Can handle a small test budget today and build it into a monster tomorrow

You need step-by-step direction or daily check-ins
You’ve only managed basic or eCom campaigns

Bonus Points If You...
Have experience in YouTube Ads, remarketing, or geo-targeted scaling
Know how to spot funnel/LP friction and suggest optimizations
Have worked with med spas, local businesses, attorneys, clinics or similar service offers
