Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. This part-time role (with the potential to transition into full-time) is ideal for a results-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Google Ads, and a passion for data-driven performance marketing.

Mission for the Role:
Your primary mission will be to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns that drive conversions while maintaining a strong return on ad spend (ROAS). You will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective strategies, analyze campaign data, and continuously refine our approach to maximize performance.

Outcome-Oriented Goals:
• Increase sales from Google Ads by 25% within the first 6 months.
• Achieve an average ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of at least 4x within the first 3 months.
• Lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) by 20% while maintaining or improving conversion rates.
• Optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple regions (Europe, USA).
• Implement at least 2 A/B tests per month to refine ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Achieve a 95?count compliance rate by adhering to Google’s advertising policies and best practices.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:
Google Ads Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement high-converting Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research and bid management to improve campaign efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, geo-targeting, and ad scheduling.
• Design and run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Continuously optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting settings for better performance.
• Implement data-driven scaling strategies to maximize ad spend efficiency.
Competitor & Market Analysis:
• Analyze competitor ads and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
• Identify opportunities for campaign expansion based on performance data.
Compliance & Account Health:
• Ensure all campaigns meet Google Ads policies and best practices to prevent account suspensions.
• Monitor Quality Score and Ad Relevance to maintain cost-effective bidding strategies.
