Google Ads Manager – Lash Industry (Remote | Full-Time)
We're a niche marketing agency that works exclusively with eyelash extension businesses across North America. We manage paid advertising for a growing roster of local lash salons and we're looking for a Google Ads specialist to own and deliver results for our clients.
What you'll be doing:

Building and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Local, Performance Max) for local lash businesses
Keyword research, ad copy writing, and ongoing optimization
Monitoring performance and making adjustments to hit lead and booking targets
Reporting results to our internal team

What we're looking for:

Hands-on Google Ads experience, specifically with local service businesses
Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
Knows how to drive actual leads — not just impressions and clicks
Experience with conversion tracking setup is a plus
Self-managed, reliable, and communicates clearly

Full-time hours
$800/month
100% remote
Reports directly to agency leadership
