We are a RevOps firm based in Boston serving cabinet, countertop, and kitchen/bath showrooms across the US. We've been in business for 15 years and have attended and spoken at almost all the major industry trade shows.
We are looking for a Google Ads expert to optimize Google Ads, landing pages, website tracking and sales attribution to drive inbound leads for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and launch Google Ads campaigns with complete assets and campaign types including Search, Video, Shopping, Performance Max and AI Max
- Structure campaigns, keywords, ad copy and settings following industry best practices
- Maintain weekly optimization of negative keywords and other ideal adjustments
- Complete conversion syncing with inquiries such as calls, forms, appointments and orders
- Schedule offline conversion importing from quote and accounting software revenue generated
- Measure cost per lead segmented by campaign, keyword, demographics and more
- Split test ad copy and landing pages monthly to maximize potential performance
- Design high-converting landing pages in Wordpress, Elementor or equivalent tools
- Draw insights from Microsoft Clarity and GA4 to capitalize on visitor behavior
- Maintain tracking softwares such as GA4, GSC, GBP and inquiry platforms
- Maintain a source file of leads for import into our clients' CRMs
- Maintain Google Looker Studio dashboards that show KPIs across sales and marketing activity
- Streamline all parts of the setup, management and reporting process with AI automation skills
- Report on weekly cost per lead and ROI trends based on estimated or actual sales revenue
- Identify sales gaps based on call handling quality, form response time and customer experience
- Generate high-impact value by demonstrating potential revenue recovery from higher conversion rates vs more conversion volume
- Flag issues proactively and be solution focused at all times
- Present results and recommendations to clients on coaching calls
- After your first 30 days, success will be defined as reaching a sub $80 CPL
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in creating Google Ads campaign types with Skillshop certifications
- Proven results in generating inbound leads from calls, forms, appointments and orders
- Proficiency in designing PPC landing pages and implementing CRO
- Expert knowledge in tracking, attribution and reporting softwares including but not limited to Microsoft Clarity, WhatConverts and Looker Studio
- Highly proactive in making suggestions and implementing solutions
- Self-directed, organized, dependable and amicable
- Understanding of the home services or design and build industry is a big plus
- Working hours Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8am-4pm Eastern Time
- Reachable by phone on Tuesday/Thursday if needed
Note:
This role starts at 100 hours per month managing 10 client accounts, with an opportunity to grow to 160 hours per month. There will be a 30-day evaluation period.
