We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our team. In this role, you will create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive outstanding performance and maximize ROAS. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of paid search, and a passion for staying ahead of digital advertising trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute tailored paid search strategies that align with business goals.
• Campaign Management: Create, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword research and manage audience targeting for optimal performance.
• Budget & Bid Optimization: Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and optimize ad performance to meet target metrics.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze KPIs, track campaign performance, identify issues, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ad Copy Creation: Craft compelling and concise ad copy designed to drive engagement and conversions.
• Innovative Campaign Execution: Identify opportunities to launch innovative campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Stakeholder Communication: Generate and present detailed performance reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively monitor for and mitigate risks, such as click fraud.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest PPC, SEM, and Google Ads trends to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving ROAS targets.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for creating impactful reports and collaborating effectively with tea
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of paid search trends, tools, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with additional paid search platforms such as Bing Ads or Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with click fraud prevention tools and strategies.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus.
