About Us:
Garage Supply Guys is a high-ticket e-commerce store specializing in premium garage accessories and equipment. We operate a sophisticated advertising funnel strategy tailored for high-ticket sales and are seeking a dedicated Google Ads Manager to optimize and scale our campaigns effectively.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Google Ads Manager experienced in high-ticket e-commerce who can take full ownership of our Google Ads account. The ideal candidate will be skilled in setting up and managing campaigns, resolving product issues in Google Merchant Center, and leveraging Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. This is an exclusive role, meaning you will not manage other accounts simultaneously to ensure our campaigns receive undivided attention.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a 3-tier funnel strategy (high, medium, and low intent).
Conduct thorough keyword research and implement negative keyword strategies to refine targeting.
Manage keyword sculpting to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
Develop strategies for and manage two-tier campaigns, Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, and search text campaigns, preparing for potential shifts in strategy.
Monitor and resolve product issues in Google Merchant Center, ensuring all listings meet compliance and optimization standards.
Use Google Analytics to track product performance, identify high-converting or high-traffic products, and provide actionable insights for campaign adjustments.
Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) to make data-driven adjustments.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting settings.
Provide detailed performance reports and insights to the team.
Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends and features to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Google Ads for high-ticket e-commerce stores.
Expertise in Google Merchant Center, including troubleshooting product feed issues and ensuring product compliance.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze product performance and recommend strategies to optimize sales.
Deep understanding of funnel strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign scaling.
Expertise in keyword sculpting and negative keyword implementation.
Familiarity with two-tier campaigns, Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, and search text campaigns, with the ability to integrate them effectively if needed.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting campaign performance data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide actionable insights.
Availability to focus exclusively on our account—no other concurrent client commitments.
