GoHighLevel / Zapier / Duda Admin

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Automation and Web Design Specialist to join our digital agency. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience using GoHighLevel and a strong background in automation and web design. This role requires excellent conversational English, as you will be communicating with clients via phone and email.

This is a part-time position for the first 30 days, with the potential to transition to full-time sooner based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and campaigns.
Communicate professionally with clients through phone and email.
Troubleshoot and optimize GoHighLevel systems to ensure seamless functionality.
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality client projects on time.
Build and manage websites using Duda. Experience with WordPress or Make.com is also accepted.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience using GoHighLevel (mandatory).
Conversational proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Access to a desktop computer (laptops are not suitable for this role).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Duda, WordPress, or Make.com is acceptable.

Hiring Process:

If selected for an interview, you may be asked to complete a short paid test to demonstrate your skills before the interview.

Schedule & Compensation:

The role will start as part-time for the first 30 days.
Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and fit, possibly sooner than 30 days.
