Role Overview
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing CRM systems. Your GoHighLevel expertise will be fundamental to building our new NexLvl AI platform to automate lead generation, follow-ups, and sales processes, ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to deal closure for our clients

Key Responsibilities
? Full CRM Setup & Integration: Customize and deploy GoHighLevel skills to create CRM systems for franchise recruitment in NexLvl AI
? Lead Tracking & Pipeline Management: Implement advanced lead tracking systems to monitor prospects through different sales stages.
? Automated Email & SMS Follow-Ups: Develop personalized automation sequences to nurture leads efficiently.
? Custom Outreach System: Configure dedicated phone numbers for SMS and calls within the CRM platform.
? Domain & Calendar Integration: Set up custom landing pages and scheduling systems to replace external tools like Calendly.
? Workflow Automation: Create and improve custom workflows for sending franchise documentation, templated emails, and other franchise sales materials.
? Ongoing CRM Management & Optimization: Maintain system performance, implement updates, and provide support to franchisors and sales teams.
? Client Lead Centralization: Consolidate multiple lead pipelines into one centralized CRM dashboard for easier management.

Who You Are
? An experienced CRM specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel.
? Proficient in workflow automation, lead tracking, and CRM integrations.
? Experienced in email & SMS automation, calendar scheduling, and pipeline optimization.
? Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of sales processes and franchise recruitment.
? Capable of troubleshooting CRM issues, optimizing workflows, and improving CRM efficiency.
? Comfortable working independently and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
