You have strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, strong attention to detail and are committed to personal growth through learning & implementing new skills and technologies.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a GoHighLevel Specialist to build our agency-level GoHighLevel (GHL) platform for a new marketing mentorship offer and join our highly motivated team of account manager, media buyer, web designer/tech specialist and copywriter.

You will be responsible for setting up the agency account, maintaining membership portals and CRMs, uploading marketing templates, and designing basic graphics such as thumbnails and posters.

You must:

Build agency-level GoHighLevel following done for you video tutorials
- Create user accounts, define access levels & permissions
- Create membership portals (e.g. design user interface & set up payment options)
- Create basic designs for thumbnails, posters, and other marketing materials
- Upload pre-designed marketing templates into membership portal
- Gather feedback from management and users & implement improvements
- Handle client's enquires on technical setup
- Document practices into standard operating procedures
- Multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Work effectively with our team of media buyers, copywriters and video editors to ensure seamless integration of GoHighLevel with our existing processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to marketing automation and GoHighLevel


Requirements:
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms
- No coding experience is required
- Want to work with a highly motivated team & value personal growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva
- Experience in the marketing industry is preferred but not required
