GoHighLevel Platform Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Tech Expert to join our team. This role demands advanced technical expertise to optimize workflows, implement tracking systems, and fully leverage GHL’s features to drive sales, build impactful funnels, manage communities, and generate insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale GHL accounts, advanced automation skills, and a passion for enhancing sales and marketing processes through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and manage funnels and landing pages within GHL to align with business goals.
* Manage large GHL accounts with 15+ live funnels, ensuring seamless functionality.
* Develop advanced workflow automations, including integrations with Zapier and other tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve email and SMS delivery issues promptly.
* Build and optimize membership areas, adding courses and ensuring a user-friendly experience.
* Set up and oversee community platforms within GHL, focusing on smooth user engagement.
* Optimize sales conversation tracking systems within GHL, including client-side (pages) and server-side (workflows) ads conversion tracking.
* Generate detailed reports on metrics such as conversion rates and landing page performance.
* Ensure streamlined operations for the sales team within GHL opportunities and appointments.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and implement workflow and tracking improvements.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* At least 2 years of proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage sales, marketing, and community processes.
* Expertise in designing and implementing automations, funnels, and landing pages.
* Experience in tracking and reporting sales conversations and marketing performance.
* Skilled in managing membership and community platforms with a focus on UX.
* Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
* Advanced analytical skills for generating actionable insights from data.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
* Access to a GHL account to complete the Specialist Skill Test.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
* Familiarity with integrating additional tools to extend GHL functionality.
* Advanced understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
