We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GoHighLevel (GHL) & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation, marketing, and CRM operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong GHL experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing, particularly within the mortgage, finance, or real estate industries.

Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
Build, edit, and optimize sales funnels within GoHighLevel.
Create and manage quizzes, forms, and lead capture systems.
Set up and maintain booking pages and appointment workflows.
Develop and manage SMS and
Organize and optimize pipelines and CRM workflows.
Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Troubleshoot and improve automation processes to increase efficiency.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
Assist with campaign planning, implementation, and optimization.
Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations on what is and isn't working.
Support audience targeting, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to improve lead quality and ROI.
Paid Advertising
Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Meta
Monitor ad performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions and reduce costs.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience building funnels, automations, booking systems, and CRM workflows.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Previous experience in the mortgage, finance, or real estate industry is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
