About Us:
Hi, I'm Corey Piper, founder of Piper Media Group (PMG), a veteran-owned video strategy company based in St. Louis, Missouri. We help franchises and small businesses attract, train, and retain employees and customers through effective marketing strategies, branding, and operational systems. Our mission is simple: "We create video strategies that help franchises and small businesses grow." We're now looking for a GoHighLevel expert from the Philippines to help us maximize the platform and build high-performing systems that convert leads into sales.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll become our go-to GHL strategist and technician. We want someone who knows what GoHighLevel is truly capable of—and can help us use it to its fullest potential.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing and building complete marketing and sales systems inside GHL
- Building, optimizing, and managing funnels, landing pages, forms, and calendars
- Designing and implementing automations, workflows, pipelines, and triggers
- Setting up lead tracking dashboards and KPIs
- Managing CRM entries and automating customer journeys
- Identifying growth opportunities and suggesting improvements
- Generating checklists and performance reports for transparency and accountability
- Communicating effectively inside our project management tool (Infinity) and Google Workspace

What We're Looking For:
- Willingness to learn new ways of thinking to match with your skills
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (show us what you've built!)
- Strong background in marketing strategy, automation, and CRM management
- Ability to think like a strategist and act like a technician
- Familiarity with lead generation, sales funnels, and client onboarding systems
- Bonus points for franchise industry experience
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Independent, resourceful, and highly accountable

What Success Looks Like:
- First 30 Days: Strategy, onboarding, and system audits
- 60 Days: Funnels and automations are live and optimized
- Put the phrase "Your funnels need my help" in the subject line
- 90 Days: Leads converting into calls and meetings
- Beyond: Scaling systems and replicating success across clients or internal campaigns


Hiring Process:
- We review applications based on experience, strategy, examples, and attention to detail.
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed with questions designed to evaluate your technical knowledge and strategic
thinking.
- Top finalists will be given a paid test task to assess your real-world skills.
- We’ll start with part-time hours. If things go well, we’ll offer a long-term, full-time position with weekly pay.
