GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert — A2P 10DLC Fix + Workflow & Automation Builder

We are a Plumbing Heating & Air Condition is a family-run home services business in New Jersey, USA, and we are hiring a GoHighLevel expert (full-time or part-time, your choice) to take ownership of our GHL sub-account.

This position is a 2-week paid trial leading into a long-term ongoing role. Schedule is flexible but requires 2–3 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time. The first priority is urgent: our A2P 10DLC registration is broken and we need it fixed in Week 1 so our new Virtual CSR can text leads reliably. After that, you will build out workflows, follow-up automations, pipelines, custom fields, email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and HouseCall Pro integrations — first for us, then for other businesses we add.

Required: You must have personally completed A2P 10DLC registrations inside GHL (not just watched a tutorial — we will ask you to walk us through it on the interview). You must be expert-level in the GHL workflow builder (triggers, actions, wait steps, webhooks), strong in pipelines/custom fields/tags, comfortable with Zapier or Make for integrations, and understand email deliverability.

Clear written English, reliable high-speed internet with backup power, and a self-directed work style are non-negotiable. Prior agency experience managing GHL for multiple clients, snapshot creation, and home services industry experience are all big pluses.
