GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

We are a fast-growing vacation rental and property management company. We manage short-term rental properties across multiple markets and are building systems to automate as much of the business as possible.

We're looking for a highly technical Virtual Assistant who can build, optimize, and maintain automations inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to help us generate more leads, follow up faster, and recover lost opportunities.

This is not a basic admin role.

We're looking for someone who thinks like a systems builder and enjoys creating automations that save time and generate revenue.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead Capture Automation
Build landing pages, forms, surveys, and lead funnels inside GoHighLevel
Create automated workflows that instantly respond to new leads
Set up SMS, email, voicemail drops, and pipeline automations
Integrate Facebook Lead Ads, Google Forms, websites, and other lead sources
Improve lead response times and conversion rates
Lead Nurturing & Recapture
Create long-term nurture campaigns
Build reactivation campaigns for old leads
Design follow-up sequences for leads that didn't convert
Create automated appointment reminders and no-show follow-up campaigns
Build win-back campaigns for previous clients and homeowners
CRM & Pipeline Management
Create and optimize pipelines
Build automated task assignments
Set up opportunity stages and triggers
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
Integrations & Technical Work
Connect GoHighLevel with Zapier, Make, Stripe, Google Sheets, Calendars, and other software
Troubleshoot automation issues
Document workflows and processes
Recommend better systems and automation opportunities
Required Skills

Must Have:

Strong GoHighLevel experience
Experience building workflows and automations
Experience with CRM management
Zapier and/or ---------- experience
Understanding of lead generation funnels
Excellent English communication
Ability to think through business processes and create solutions

Bonus Skills:

Vacation rental industry experience
Airbnb or property management experience
Stripe integrations
Webhooks and API experience
AI automation experience (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Funnel building and conversion optimization
