We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven GoHighLevel & Car Rental Operations Specialist (optional) to help manage and grow our fast-paced car rental business serving Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Instacart, Roadie, and other gig workers.

About the Role
This position combines GoHighLevel CRM management, lead generation, automation, customer support, and car rental operations. We are looking for someone who can build systems, manage leads, improve conversion rates, and help streamline our rental process from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Required Experience

Responsibilities
CRM & Marketing
• Build and manage GoHighLevel automations
• Create lead capture funnels and landing pages
• Set up email and SMS campaigns
• Track lead conversion metrics
• Maintain CRM data accuracy
• Generate reports and performance analytics
Customer Management
• Respond to incoming leads
• Qualify rental applicants
• Schedule customer consultations
• Follow up with prospects
• Manage customer communication
• Maintain customer records
Car Rental Operations
• Process rental applications
• Coordinate vehicle availability
• Manage reservations and scheduling
• Update fleet records
• Monitor customer compliance
• Track payments and outstanding balances
• Assist with vehicle pickup and return coordination
Social Media & Lead Management
• Respond to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Marketplace inquiries
• Engage with potential renters
• Follow up with warm leads
• Support advertising campaigns
• Help increase rental bookings
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ManyChat
• Experience with Stripe
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, and gig economy platforms
• Graphic design experience (Canva)
• Video editing experience
