What You’ll Be Doing

???? Go High Level CRM Management – Own and optimize all aspects of our CRM, including workflows, automations, sales pipelines, and integrations.

???? Customer Support & Troubleshooting – Provide top-notch customer support by answering CRM-related inquiries, resolving technical issues, and assisting with system configurations.

???? AI Chatbots & Automation – Set up, fine-tune, and manage AI chatbots (CloseBot preferred) to enhance automation and improve client engagement.

???? Tutorials & Documentation – Create easy-to-follow video guides, step-by-step documentation, and SOPs to help internal teams and customers navigate the platform.

???? Task & Performance Management – Work in a structured task-based system, taking ownership of assigned projects and ensuring timely execution.

???? Collaboration & Leadership Potential – Work closely with the team, communicate progress clearly, and take on leadership responsibilities as the team grows.

???? Software & Custom Development (Preferred) – If you have coding or API experience, you’ll have opportunities to build custom tools and enhancements on top of Go High Level.


What We’re Looking For
? Expert-Level Knowledge of Go High Level – You should know this platform inside and out.
? Experience with AI Chatbots & Automation – Familiarity with chatbot setups (CloseBot preferred) and advanced automation.
? Strong Communication & Ownership – We need a proactive team member who takes full responsibility for their work.
? Problem Solver – Someone who takes initiative, finds solutions, and can build systems from scratch when needed.
? Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Required) – Any programming or development skills will be a huge plus for building custom solutions.
