We’re now on the hunt for a serious Go High Level (GHL) wizard to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

If successful, you'll be joining our existing 9-strong existing Philippine All-Star Crew in delivering exceptional digital marketing services to our clients.

About the Role:
Simply put – we want someone who lives and breathes Go High Level.
This is not a learn-on-the-job opportunity. If you’ve only dabbled or poked around inside GHL, this role isn’t for you.

We need a true technician – someone who understands how to fully leverage the GHL platform to build, automate, and deliver smart marketing funnels, pipelines, email & SMS campaigns, appointment systems, forms, surveys, and CRM integrations. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and strategists to take their vision and implement it fast.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Building and maintaining automations, workflows, and triggers inside GHL

Creating full funnel systems including landing pages, opt-ins, and follow-up sequences

Managing and optimising CRM setups, pipelines, and task automation

Troubleshooting bugs, integrations, and platform quirks like a boss

Responding rapidly to tasks and turning around builds within tight timeframes

Working across multiple client setups without dropping the ball

What You Bring to the Table:

Deep, demonstrable experience in Go High Level – not “I’ve tried it” experience, but client-ready mastery

A strong technical mind and an obsession with clean, functional builds

Ability to prioritise and deliver fast – speed matters here

Problem-solving chops when things don’t behave as expected

Self-management and reliability working remotely across different client workflows

Solid communication skills (you’ll be working closely with our AMs)

Bonus if you understand Zapier, Make, or API connectors to help get the job done

Working Hours:

You’ll align with our Brisbane team’s schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9.5 hours

Friday: 9 hours

Wednesday: Day off
