Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) with deep expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who knows GHL inside and out and can build, customize, and manage it for our agency. You’ll play a key role in setting up our GHL system from the ground up and then transition into an ongoing part-time position to maintain and optimize it. For the right candidate with additional technical skills, there’s an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Setup & Customization: Fully configure and customize GoHighLevel for our agency, including workflows, funnels, campaigns, automations, CRM setup, and integrations.
System Optimization: Ensure GHL is tailored to our agency’s needs, streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency.
Ongoing Management: Provide part-time support to maintain the GHL system, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or new features as needed.
Training & Documentation: Create simple guides or provide brief training to our team on using GHL effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand our goals and translate them into GHL solutions.
Bonus (Full-Time Potential): If you bring additional tech skills (e.g., web development, Zapier integrations, API knowledge, or other SaaS expertise), contribute to broader tech projects for the agency.
Qualifications
Expertise in GoHighLevel: Proven experience setting up and managing GHL for businesses, ideally agencies. You know the platform’s features (CRM, funnels, automations, etc.) like the back of your hand.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with SaaS tools, integrations (e.g., Zapier), and troubleshooting technical issues.
Agency Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with how agencies operate and how GHL can support client management, lead generation, and marketing workflows.
Attention to Detail: Ability to build clean, efficient systems and catch potential issues before they arise.
Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) to collaborate remotely with our team.
Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Bonus Skills (for Full-Time Consideration): Experience with web development, APIs, graphic design, or other tech tools is a big plus.
