JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Go High Level CRM Manager to support a growing real estate business and digital brand.

This position is not simply for someone who knows the basics of Go High Level. We are looking for someone who wants to become our resident Go High Level specialist and take ownership of our CRM, automations, marketing systems, workflows, and customer journey management.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Go High Level and understands how to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM systems that drive business growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Go High Level CRM Management

Build, manage, and optimize Go High Level systems including:
* CRM management
* Pipelines and opportunity tracking
* Workflow automation
* Email campaigns
* SMS campaigns
* Forms and surveys
* Calendars and appointment booking
* Landing pages and funnels
* Membership and community integrations
* Tags, triggers, and segmentation
* Contact database management
* Reporting and analytics

Automation & Systems Development
* Create and maintain automations
* Troubleshoot workflow issues
* Improve lead nurturing processes
* Build efficient customer journeys
* Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
* Document processes and system procedures
* Assist with integrations between Go High Level and third-party tools


Email
& Marketing Operations
* Build and launch email campaigns
* Manage contact segmentation
* Maintain database hygiene
* Monitor unsubscribes and bounced emails
* Create and update campaign workflows
* Test campaigns before launch
* Track campaign performance

Landing Pages & Funnels
* Build and update landing pages
* Create registration pages for events and webinars
* Set up forms and tracking
* Optimize conversion rates
* Monitor funnel performance

Event & Community Support
* Manage event registrations
* Create event automations
* Send reminders and follow-up sequences
* Upload and organize replay content
* Support community onboarding processes

Reporting & Analytics
* Track key performance metrics
* Generate reports from Go High Level
* Monitor lead conversion performance
* Identify system improvements and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on Go High Level experience
* Experience building workflows and automations
* Experience creating landing pages and forms
* Experience managing CRM databases
* Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills
