Role Summary
We’re seeking a Go High Level Automations Expert who will take ownership of our automation funnels, CRM setup, and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced automations that support lead generation, onboarding sequences, property owner engagement, and more. Key Responsibilities
Design & Implement Automations
Build, test, and optimize workflows and funnels within Go High Level to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
Develop onboarding and follow-up sequences for property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
CRM Management & Maintenance
Ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation within Go High Level.
Create and manage pipelines, tracking deal stages, and automating handoffs between marketing and sales teams.
Integration & Technical Setup
Connect Go High Level with various tools (Calendly, Zapier, Google Docs, etc.) to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide swift resolutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track automation and campaign performance using analytics tools within Go High Level.
Generate regular reports on KPIs (conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Training
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to gather requirements and ensure automations align with overall business goals.
Train team members on Go High Level best practices, automation usage, and process enhancements.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing automation funnels in Go High Level.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems,
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret analytics, identify trends, and implement improvements based on performance insights.
Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Understanding of lead generation, nurturing workflows, and customer lifecycle marketing—ideally in real estate or short-term rental (Airbnb) niches.
Excellent Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly language.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly troubleshoot automation challenges and implement effective fixes.
