JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and professional German-speaking Telephone Agent (m/f/d) to join our remote team and handle incoming B2B calls on behalf of our business clients.
Your responsibilities

Answering incoming business calls in fluent German (virtual secretariat / reception service)
Taking messages, forwarding inquiries, and recording caller details accurately
Representing our clients professionally and courteously over the phone
Basic administrative tasks related to call handling

What we require

German language skills at C1/C2 level (near-native, spoken and written)
Clear, friendly, and professional phone manner
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Punctuality and strong communication skills

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (German time / CET)

Compensation

400 pesos per hour
