We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our agency with automation, reporting, and general operations. If you're tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools like Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, and Looker Studio, this role is for you!

About the Role:
You’ll be assisting with various automation and reporting tasks, helping streamline processes for our Google Ads agency. This is an opportunity to work closely with a performance-driven team and contribute to operational efficiency and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
? Automation & Workflows – Setting up and managing workflows in Make and Zapier to automate tasks across different platforms.
? Data & Reporting – Creating and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio for tracking marketing performance.
? General Assistance – Assisting with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.
? Tech Troubleshooting – Helping diagnose and resolve issues related to automation or reporting tools.

What We’re Looking For:
?? Experience with Make, Zapier, and Looker Studio – You should be comfortable setting up automations and working with data visualization.
?? A Problem Solver – Someone who can take initiative, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing workflows.
?? Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage tasks efficiently and work independently.
?? Good Communicator – Able to ask questions, follow instructions, and provide updates on progress.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
? Experience with Google Ads or marketing analytics
? Knowledge of Google Sheets (advanced formulas, scripts, or automation)
? Experience working in a digital marketing agency
