JOB OVERVIEW

We are a startup company focused on delivering virtual care to patients in the United States. We are looking for rockstar PH-based Generalist Program Managers.

The Generalist Program Manager is expected to be a self-starter, and will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex programs across various departments to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. He or she will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executives to develop and implement program strategies, drive change management, and improve processes to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities:
1. In this role, you will impact the strategy and execution for AnsibleHealth's general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
2. Work independently on projects through the full life cycle, overseeing clinical, operational, and technology aspects. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
3. Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
4. Establish program governance structures and processes, including risk management, issue management, and change management, specifically tailored to the needs of the clinical, operations, and technology teams.
5. Monitor and report on program progress, status, and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership.
6. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met.
7. Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders, including executive leadership, project managers, and team members.
8. Continuously identify and mitigate program risks and issues to minimize impact on program timelines and deliverables.
9. Facilitate program-related meetings and workshops
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive program success and identify opportunities for program expansion or improvement.
11. Continuously assess program performance and implement process improvements to enhance overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Bring a continuous improvement mindset to our operations to ensure we're ready to scale.
13. Anticipate issues and propose solutions, manage dependencies and cross-functional issues and identify the need to develop or improve tools/processes.
14. Collaborate and steer internal teams, specifically Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations to ensure our processes are well designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals

The ideal candidate should be comfortable to be in a constantly changing role with a high level of ambiguity - as we are a fast-moving startup operating in an ever-evolving environment. He or she should have excellent analytical, communication and management skills to succeed in this role.

Required Qualifications and competencies:
1. Entry level to intermediate level (with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience).
2. Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a health-related field.
3. Technologically savvy, with skills on Google Workspace.
4. Basic knowledge of the US healthcare system
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and
techniques.
7. Possess a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude with initiative to take on
leadership roles
8. Highly detail-oriented, has strong time management skills, and has the ability to
manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
10. Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
11. Experience in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and
cross-functional teams.
12. Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.

Job Details:
- Full-time: 40 hours a week, with flexible PTO and healthcare benefits.
- Level: Entry Level to Intermediate Level
- Location: Remote (offshore, and willing to work Pacific/Eastern hours)
