We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager / Customer Service Rep
Job details :
-Reply to customer messages via
-Reply to our clients by phone or
- Prepare shipping labels for daily orders, select the best ship method etc
- Monitor client stock, receiving, and outgoing daily orders
- And more
- Training will be provided, Looking for a candidate that has relevant previous experience
-30-40 hrs a week (Full-time position )
-This Job is for during the night shift.
Working hrs. will be 9 Am -5 PM Eastern Standard Time -Sunday-Friday
Qualifications:
-The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English as a speaker with a general American accent.
-Must have 2 YEARS of experience in an e-commerce setting.
-In addition, you should be very knowledgeable about how to use Google Sheets/Excel and be able to set up formulas vlookups ect
-A Dual Monitor setup is required for this position
