Gather book reviews on Amazon from Facebook groups

I'm seeking a Facebook group expert to gather reviews for my non-fiction books on Amazon.
Hello,

I am looking for a full-time Facebook group expert to gather reviews for my non-fiction books on Amazon.

I would like someone who has experience engaging in and posting in Facebook private groups so I can get reviews for my nonfiction books. For each new book to launch, this person will have to send the ARC members a free copy of the book and ask them to leave a review on Amazon within two weeks.
I am also looking for someone who understands the necessity of reviews to increase sales on Amazon.

This person will have to communicate with the members of the Facebook private groups and follow up with them until they leave the reviews on Amazon.

You can work any 8-hour shift, 5 days per week, that you would like. The starting pay for this position is $300 per month, with the opportunity to move up in the future if I can get 40 reviews within one month for the book launched.
