JOB OVERVIEW

GTM Systems & AI Operations Specialist
Reporting to: The Founder
Working Hours: Full-time, UK business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm GMT/BST)
Compensation: £1550 per month for 160 hours

The Role
This is a high-impact, full-time hire acting as the Founder’s right hand across systems, outbound, AI implementation, and light product work.

The business has shifted. We no longer build outbound systems alone — we build outbound, CRM, automation, and AI enablement for clients and ourselves, with Claude Code as the mission control for everything we do.

We use Claude Code every single day. Most of our processes live inside it. We are looking for someone AI-native, technically confident, and genuinely comfortable building with AI as the operating layer, not as a side tool.

The single most important trait we are hiring for is the way this person thinks.
The right mindset and critical thinking around AI is the foundation everything else is built on. Tool experience (Clay, Instantly, HeyReach) is teachable.
The thinking - knowing how to direct AI, sense-check its output, and stay sharp instead of accepting whatever it gives you - is not.

We would rather hire someone with a strong systems brain and genuine AI fluency, and teach them Clay from scratch, than hire a Clay expert who can’t think clearly with AI.

The Founder will continue to lead strategy, sales, creative direction, and content. You will take ownership of:

Building and running outbound systems (course signups, founder leads, client campaigns) using Claude Code, Clay, n8n, and connected APIs
Implementing AI workflows and signal-based pipelines that reduce cost (less Clay credit dependency, more direct API + Claude orchestration)
Light web/dev work — landing pages, platform tweaks, dashboards, internal tools — built inside Claude Code
Helping deliver client builds (outbound, CRM, automation, AI enablement)
Taking operational pressure off the Founder so he can focus on content and the inbound engine

This is not an “operations-only” or “Clay specialist” role.
You will be a systems thinker who speaks AI fluently, plays a critical role in revenue generation, and helps grow the business across multiple surfaces simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities

1. Claude Code & AI Operations (Mission Control) - ~30%
Operate inside the company’s Claude Code environment as your daily working surface
Build, refine, and run AI-driven workflows, skills, and automations inside Claude Code
Use Claude (and Claude Code specifically) to design and implement systems — not as a chat tool, but as an execution layer
Prompt-engineer at a high standard. Generic AI output is not acceptable.
Plug Claude into Clay, n8n, and external APIs to build cost-efficient signal-based pipelines
Continuously look for ways to replace expensive tooling (e.g. high Clay credit spend) with direct API + Claude orchestration

2. Outbound Systems & Campaign Management - ~25%
Build and run outbound systems to generate course signups and founder leads (our primary internal target)
Manage outbound campaigns across:
Instantly and Lemlist (email)
HeyReach (LinkedIn)
Responsibilities include:
Sequence setup and testing
A/B testing and optimisation
Domain/inbox rotation and deliverability
Monitoring and handling replies
Copy amendments (full copywriting = a plus)
The Founder will set outbound strategy; you implement it on the tools

3. Clay & Data Systems - ~15–20%
Build and manage Clay tables for prospecting, enrichment, segmentation
Implement waterfall enrichment, AI columns, and scalable list-building
Maintain clean, high-quality datasets
Clay is still important — but we are moving toward Claude Code + Clay together, and toward replacing Clay-only steps with cheaper API-based alternatives where possible

4. Light Web / Platform / Dev Work - ~15%
Spin up landing pages and lightweight websites (Claude Code-driven)
Make tweaks and improvements to the platform we’re building (Next.js + Clerk + Supabase + Stripe stack)
Build client-facing dashboards and internal tools
Edit and maintain existing websites
You do not need to be a senior engineer — you need to be confident shipping working code inside Claude Code and unafraid of touching a codebase or using AI to edit one.

5. Client Delivery Support - ~10–15%
Build and manage outbound, CRM, and automation systems for client projects
Support delivery of AI enablement work (Claude Code, automation, signal pipelines) for clients
Ensure builds are reliable, scalable, and produce measurable results
Potential to take increasing ownership of client-facing delivery over time

Must-Have Skills & Experience
Genuine AI literacy — confident, daily user of frontier AI models. Knows how to get a non-generic, production-grade result out of a model. Comfortable with Claude specifically.
Claude Code (or willingness to become expert fast) — comfortable working inside an AI-driven workflow repo, running skills, executing prompts, editing files, working with version control
Systems thinking — understands how outbound, CRM, automation, and AI connect at the framework level. Can design and implement an end-to-end system, not just operate one tool.
Technical confidence — unbothered by code, APIs, terminals, and unfamiliar tools. Can read a stack trace, follow documentation, debug independently.
Light dev capability — can ship landing pages, make site edits, and tweak existing apps with Claude Code’s help
Ability to learn at speed — this is a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. The next six weeks (MFOS platform launch) are make-or-break. You will not have time to ramp slowly.
Strong written English communication (client-ready level)
Experience with B2B outbound / lead generation systems — at least foundational
Clay experience (table building, AI columns, waterfall enrichment) — bonus, not required. We will teach it.
Instantly, Lemlist, HeyReach experience
n8n workflow building (especially self-hosted)

Nice to Have
Attio, Airtable, or similar CRMs
Supabase / PostgreSQL
Next.js / React / Tailwind — for platform work
Git / version control
Experience with API orchestration, especially using AI to coordinate between tools
Experience working in a GTM agency, modern revenue-ops, or AI-native environment

Ideal Candidate Profile
The thinking is the role. Tool experience can be taught.
Thinks clearly with AI — knows how to direct an AI to a sharp, non-generic, production-grade result. Pushes back on weak output rather than accepting it.
Thinks like an operator AND a strategist
Thorough and militant on providing work of a high standard
AI-native — treats AI as an everyday operating layer, not a novelty. Comfortable being left alone with the tools to get a job done.
Strong systems brain — sees how the pieces connect and how to build the next piece
Moves fast, pivots fast, learns fast. Comfortable in a high-change, founder-led environment.
Honest about gaps — proactively flags what they don’t know so we can move them forward quickly, instead of getting stuck quietly
Comfortable following instructions when needed and operating independently when not
Generates ideas, not just executes them
Proactive, accountable, organised, and direct

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Operating confidently inside Claude Code as the primary working environment
Independently building and running:
Outbound campaigns for course signups and founder leads
Clay tables and enrichment workflows
AI-driven signal pipelines (Claude Code + Clay + APIs)
Light landing pages and platform tweaks
Managing all active campaigns without daily oversight
Contributing to course pipeline, platform growth, and client delivery
Reducing Founder involvement in operations and delivery from 15–20 hours/week ?
