Role Overview
As a GTM Engineer, you will build and optimize outbound systems, CRM workflows, lead routing, enrichment pipelines, and automation processes that support sales and growth teams.
You will work closely with internal teams and B2B clients to improve operational efficiency and revenue execution.
What You’ll Do
~Build and optimize outbound lead generation systems
~Create and manage CRM workflows and automations
~Implement lead routing, enrichment, and sequencing processes
~Support sales operations and GTM execution
~Integrate tools across the sales and marketing stack
~Improve speed-to-lead and pipeline efficiency
~Maintain clean and scalable data processes
~Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams
Requirements
~Experience in GTM operations, RevOps, sales operations, or automation
~Strong understanding of B2B outbound systems
~Experience with CRM platforms and workflow automation
~Familiarity with sales engagement and enrichment tools
~Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
~Ability to work independently in a remote environment
~Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
~Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar tools
~Experience working in agencies or high-growth startups
~Understanding of lead sourcing and outbound infrastructure
~Technical or automation background is a strong plus
