JOB OVERVIEW

KultreMedia is looking for a Funnel Developer & CRO Specialist to design, build, and optimize high-converting sales funnels using ClickFunnels and other popular funnel builders**. You will be responsible for crafting seamless user journeys, improving conversion rates, and integrating automation tools to enhance lead flow and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Funnel Development & Optimization:
- Build and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and checkout flows using ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel (GHL), Leadpages, and other funnel builders.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and high-speed performance across all funnel pages.
- Optimize UX/UI design for maximum engagement and conversion.

Automation & Integrations:
- Set up automation sequences for lead capture, follow-ups, and sales processes.
- Integrate funnels with email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GHL, etc.), payment processors, and CRM tools.
- Manage and optimize tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics tools for accurate reporting.

Performance Tracking & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Monitor funnel performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct split testing on copy, design, and offers to improve sales and lead generation.
- Implement exit-intent popups, upsells, downsells, and retargeting strategies to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

- Proven experience building and optimizing funnels in ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel (GHL), Leadpages, Unbounce, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of landing page design, split testing, and CRO best practices.
- Experience integrating funnels with CRMs, email marketing tools, and payment gateways.
- Ability to troubleshoot tracking, automation, and funnel-related issues.
- Strong understanding of marketing psychology and consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zapier, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and API integrations.
- Knowledge of copywriting and direct response marketing.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and tracking pixels for ad attribution.
