# SaaS Developer Wanted — Help Build & Improve a Growing CRM Platform

We are looking for a talented **SaaS Developer** to help build, improve, and scale a growing CRM/software platform for sales teams.

This is a great opportunity for a developer who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, understands modern web applications, and can turn ideas into clean, functional product features.

## About the Role

You will help develop new features, improve existing functionality, clean up UI/UX issues, fix bugs, and support the continued growth of our SaaS platform.

We are looking for someone who can think beyond just writing code. The right person should understand product flow, user experience, database structure, performance, and how to build software that real teams use every day.

## Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Building and improving SaaS product features
* Fixing bugs and improving system performance
* Working on CRM-style workflows, dashboards, lead management tools, calendars, chat, analytics, and reporting features
* Improving UI/UX to make the product cleaner, faster, and easier to use
* Integrating third-party tools and APIs when needed
* Helping organize code, database structure, and backend logic
* Testing your own work before submitting updates
* Communicating clearly about timelines, blockers, and progress
* Taking business ideas and translating them into working software

## Ideal Skills

The ideal candidate has experience with:

* React, Next.js, or similar modern front-end frameworks
* Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, or similar backend/database tools
* API integrations
* Authentication and user roles/permissions
* SaaS dashboards and admin panels
* CRM, lead management, sales tools, or workflow software
* Clean, modern UI implementation
* Mobile-responsive design
* GitHub or version control
* AI tools, automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms are a plus

Experience with ** ---------- v, Cursor, Bolt, Replit, Supabase, Vercel, or similar tools** is a strong plus.

* Ability to work during at least some U.S. Eastern Time hours
* Comfortable with ongoing product improvement, not just one-time projects

## Nice to Have

* Experience building CRM systems
* Experience with sales teams, lead management, call tracking, commissions, or analytics
* Experience with AI features or automation
* Experience improving UI from screenshots or design references
* Experience working with startup founders or small teams

## Schedule

This can be a full-time or long-term contract role depending on experience and fit.

We are looking for someone who can grow with the product and become a key technical partner as the platform continues to expand.
