=== THE GREAT WORK YOU WILL BE DOING ===
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for direct response marketing campaigns, including ads, VSLs, landing page videos and online event highlights.
• Implement effective storytelling techniques that align with marketing objectives
• Use motion graphics, captions, and animation to enhance engagement and message clarity.
• Optimise video content for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Conduct A/B testing on video creative to improve conversion rates
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop video strategies based on campaign goals and audience insights
• Stay updated on trends in video marketing, direct response techniques and best practices.
• Other video marketing tasks as required

=== SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ===
• Excellent written English skills (ONLY apply if you have excellent English skills. You will be thoroughly tested throughout the interview process because we are looking for the right match)
• Proven experience in a direct response video editing role, preferably working from home
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Understanding of copywriting principles and direct response marketing strategies
• Ability to create short-form and long-form videos optimised for conversions
• Experience with motion graphics, text overlays, dynamic transitions and captioning.
• Great technical ability and can learn new programs and apps
• Loves to learn and grow
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated "can do" attitude
• An interest in personal development or business education is a bonus
