Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), 9 AM - 6 PM EST, including some weekends
Probationary Period: 30 days (performance evaluation after this period)

About the Role:
We are a growing tax preparation business based in Tampa, FL, and we’re looking for a high-quality, experienced full-time Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tax preparation, mortgage processing, and receptionist duties. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will need to maintain a professional and friendly voice while handling important tasks like tax filing and mortgage documentation.

Responsibilities:
Phone Support & Receptionist Duties:
Answer client calls promptly with a clear, friendly, and professional voice.
Schedule appointments, take messages, and provide basic information on tax prep and mortgage processing.

Tax Preparation:
Organize and review tax documents and assist with basic tax returns.
Follow up with clients for missing information and ensure timely document submission.

Mortgage Processing:
Collect and organize mortgage application documents.
Track the mortgage application process and ensure clients provide all required information.

Requirements:
Experience: Some experience with tax preparation is preferred but not required
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone voice.
Technology:
High-speed internet connection with backup internet in case of outages (please submit pictures of your setup).
Dual monitors for efficient multitasking.
Work Hours: Available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, including some weekends.
