Respond to messages.
Ensure listings have BuyBox on Prime and Non Prime Accounts for regular and business pricing for all listings.
Constantly check for hijackers and remove Upgrade to see actual infoeck the daily rank of all products on all major keywords.
Revenue Management - Check prices that we are selling at are the highest Upgrade to see actual infoeck every order throughout the day to see if we are operating in the most effective way possible. Download SellerCentral on your phone and constantly check it.
Oversee Ad Campaigns at a high level to ensure we are gaining the most market share and not wasting money.
Learn learn learn, constantly be watching videos and podcasts about the latest and best features for Amazon. Attend Helium 10 Elite Calls & Obtain Helium10 Certification.
Daily call at 5:30 PM EST to discuss business that day. Be prepared to discuss a few highlights, if something went wrong discuss it. Talk about new competition and how we can do better tomorrow.


Weekly
Check Brand Analytics for major keywords for market share and aim to find strategies to increase market share.
Identify trending products in our category and report them to management.
Request reviews for orders sold.

As Needed
List new products
Walmart, Newegg & eBay
Get products listed and maintain them on a daily basis.

Shopify
Handle customer service, take orders, etc.
Potentially cold call businesses and tell them about products/services.
